Health Insurance

Please check your policy to see if your treatment is covered.  Physio-led Clinical Pilates, Massage, Strength & Conditioning (including packages) may also be covered.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Late cancellations (or no shows) will incur the appointment fee.
