ONE Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ONE Pilates Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

​

1. Membership Options

ONE memberships are available as:

• 8 classes per month - €170/month

• 12 classes per month - €230/month

• 16 classes per month - €280/month (Launch Offer)

Memberships are personal to the named member and cannot be shared or transferred.

2. Minimum Commitment

All memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment from the membership start date. After the initial 3-month commitment, membership will continue on a monthly rolling basis unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

3. Monthly Payments

Membership fees are collected monthly by automatic payment using the payment method provided at sign-up. By purchasing a membership, you authorise ONE Pilates to collect the applicable monthly membership fee and any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees from the payment method held on your account. If a payment cannot be collected, membership access and benefits may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid.

4. Monthly Class Allowance

Members receive the number of Reformer Pilates classes included in their chosen membership each month. Classes must be used within the relevant membership month. Unused classes do not roll over into the following month and cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded. Membership credits have no cash value.

5. Booking & Class Availability

All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Membership does not guarantee a place in a particular class, with a particular instructor or at a particular time. Members are encouraged to book in advance, particularly for popular class times.

​

6. Class Cancellations & No-Shows

Classes may be cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time without penalty. The class credit will be returned to the member's monthly allowance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will result in:

• The class credit being deducted from the member's monthly allowance

• A €10 late cancellation fee being charged to the payment method on file

Failure to attend a booked class will result in the class credit being deducted and a €10 no-show fee being charged.

7. Membership Pause

Members may pause their membership once in any 12-month period for up to 4 consecutive weeks. Pause requests must be submitted to ONE Pilates at least 7 days before the requested pause start date. Pauses cannot be applied retrospectively. ONE Pilates may waive the 7-day notice requirement in exceptional circumstances at its discretion. During an approved pause, membership payments and monthly class allocations will be suspended and will resume when the pause period ends. A membership pause does not count towards the initial 3-month minimum commitment. The minimum commitment period will therefore be extended by the length of the pause. Unused class credits cannot be carried into or beyond a membership pause.

8. Membership Benefits

ONE Pilates Members receive:

• 10% discount on selected Physiotherapy services

• 1 Strength Assessment with the Physiotherapy team per 12 months of continuous membership

• Early access to selected workshops and events

• 1 new-client guest pass every 3 months

Membership benefits are personal to the member unless expressly stated otherwise. Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with another promotion or offer unless otherwise stated.

9. Physiotherapy Member Discount

Members receive a 10% discount on selected Physiotherapy services at ONE.

The membership discount does not apply to:

• Physiotherapy packages, as these are already offered at a discounted rate

• Appointments with the Principal Physiotherapist

• Other services, packages or promotions that are already discounted, unless otherwise stated

The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with another offer, promotion or discount.

 

10. Strength Assessment

Members are entitled to one Strength Assessment with the ONE Physiotherapy team per 12 months of continuous membership. Strength Assessments must be booked in advance and are subject to appointment availability. The assessment is personal to the member and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

11. New-Client Guest Pass

Members receive one new-client guest pass every 3 months while their membership remains active. The guest pass is strictly for a new client who has never previously attended a Pilates class at ONE Pilates. The guest pass cannot be used by a current or previous ONE Pilates client. Guest passes are subject to class availability and have no cash value. Unused guest passes do not accumulate or roll over into subsequent 3-month periods.

12. Early Access

Members may receive early access to selected ONE workshops and events before they are made available for general booking. Early access does not guarantee availability and does not mean that workshops or events are included free of charge unless expressly stated.

13. 16-Class Launch Offer

The 16-class membership at €280 per month is a one-time Launch Offer available to join until 31 August 2026 only. The 16-class membership will not be available for new purchase after this date. Members who join by 31 August 2026 may remain on the 16-class membership while their membership remains continuously active and in good standing. If the 16-class membership is cancelled, the member cannot subsequently rejoin or repurchase it after the Launch Offer closing date. Any future membership will be subject to the membership options and pricing available at that time.

14. Changing Membership Level

Members wishing to upgrade or downgrade their membership should contact ONE Pilates. Changes are subject to the membership options available at the time of the request and will generally take effect from the member's next billing date. Changing membership level does not entitle the member to a refund for membership fees already paid or unused classes. The 16-class Launch Offer cannot be rejoined once a member changes to another membership level after 31 August 2026.

 

15. Cancelling Your Membership

Memberships cannot be cancelled during the initial 3-month minimum commitment, except where required by law or otherwise agreed by ONE Pilates. After completing the initial minimum commitment, members may cancel their membership by providing 30 days' notice to ONE Pilates. Any membership payment falling due during the 30-day notice period will remain payable. The membership, class allocation and applicable benefits will remain active until the membership cancellation date. Cancellation requests must be made directly to ONE Pilates.

16. Refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable once collected, except where required by law. Unused classes, membership benefits and guest passes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded when a membership ends.

17. Classes Cancelled by ONE Pilates

Where ONE Pilates cancels a class, the class credit will be returned to the member. No late cancellation or no-show fee will apply where ONE Pilates has cancelled the class.

18. Changes to the Timetable

ONE Pilates reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the timetable, instructors, class formats and class availability.

Classes may occasionally be changed or cancelled due to instructor illness, operational requirements or circumstances outside our control.

19. Changes to Memberships

ONE Pilates may make reasonable changes to membership pricing, benefits or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Members will be given reasonable notice of any material changes affecting their membership.

20. General Studio Policies

All members remain subject to ONE Pilates' standard booking, cancellation, health and safety and studio policies. Membership does not override any requirement relating to a client's suitability to participate in a particular class. ONE Pilates reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in the event of non-payment, misuse of membership benefits or serious or repeated breach of studio policies.

21. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ONE Pilates Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

ONE Class Credit Terms & Conditions

​

By purchasing class credits or a class pack from ONE Pilates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

​

1. Class Credit Validity

All class credits and class packs have a specified expiry date or validity period, which is displayed at the time of purchase and/or on your purchase confirmation. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all class credits are booked and used before the applicable expiry date. Unused class credits will expire on the stated expiry date and cannot be carried forward or extended. We recommend checking the expiry date of your class pack when purchasing and allowing sufficient time to book and attend your remaining classes before it expires.

2. Refunds

All class credit and class pack purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. Unused or expired class credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another purchase or refunded.

3. Extensions

Class pack expiry dates are fixed. Extensions will not normally be provided for unused credits, including where a client has not booked or attended enough classes before the expiry date. Any exception made by ONE Pilates in exceptional circumstances is at our discretion and does not create an entitlement to an extension on any future purchase.

 

4. Booking Classes

All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Purchasing class credits or a class pack does not guarantee availability in a particular class, with a particular instructor or at a particular time. Clients are responsible for booking their classes with sufficient time to use their credits before the applicable expiry date.

 

5. Class Cancellations

Classes may be cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time without losing the class credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will be treated as a late cancellation and the class credit will be deducted. Failure to attend a booked class will also result in the class credit being deducted.

 

6. Transfers and Sharing

Class credits are personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred or shared with another person unless the particular class pack has expressly been sold as shareable.

 

7. Classes Cancelled by ONE Pilates

If ONE Pilates cancels a class, the class credit used for that booking will be returned to the client's account. Where the return of that credit would leave insufficient time to use it before the original expiry date, ONE Pilates may provide an appropriate extension to allow the credit to be rebooked.

 

8. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotional class packs and special offers may have their own specific validity periods, restrictions and conditions. Any additional terms displayed at the time of purchase form part of the Terms & Conditions of that offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional credits must be used within the advertised validity period and will not be extended beyond their expiry date.

 

9. Changes to Classes and Timetable

ONE Pilates may make reasonable changes to class times, instructors, class formats and the studio timetable. Class schedules and availability may vary throughout the validity period of a class pack.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing class credits or a class pack, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the applicable expiry date for your purchase.
