One Pilates is a luxury Pilates Studio situated in the stunning Powerscourt Estate in Enniskerry. Our experienced team lead daily reformer classes where the focus is on balanced, effective full-body sessions, as well as private 1:1 / 2:1 Pilates and Physio-led Clinical Pilates.

Class sizes are intentionally small, so you get the very best, individual experience. Everyone is welcome - we cater for long-time Pilates devotees and brand-new beginners. All ages, all abilities - we'll help you to build strength, from the inside out, and to find the joy in movement.​​

Reformer Classes

Beginners start here if you are new to Reformer (even if you are fit) or returning after a break; a slower paced workout.

Level 1 when you are comfortable moving on the reformer, have a handle of the basics & are ready to dial it up a notch.

Level 2 a challenging, moderately paced class. Get ready for planking and balance work!

Physio-led Reformer Classes

Strength + Conditioning with bands, hand weights and ++ reps! Unsuitable for beginners.

Pilates for Runners is a specialized class for all runners of all levels. Unsuitable for beginners.

Private Sessions

We offer 1:1 and 2:1 sessions if you prefer to move on your own or with a friend, at a time that suits your schedule. Maybe you would like to do a private session before joining a group class?  Book here.

 

Injured or in Pain? 1:1 Clinical Pilates with a member of our Physiotherapy team, trained in Pilates, will help to safely restore pain-free movement. If you don't see a suitable time on the online booking, or you are unsure of how best to get started, please get in touch.​
