Class Style
Hatha Vinyasa Flow
A grounding yet energizing practice that weaves together the mindful steadiness of Hatha yoga with the fluid, breath-led sequences of Vinyasa. Begin by slowing down, arriving fully in the body through centering breathwork and gentle warm-ups. From there, flow through creative sequences that balance strength and softness - linking postures with breath to cultivate presence, ease, and vitality.
Expect moments of stillness to deepen awareness, playful transitions to spark curiosity, and guided alignment cues to support your practice safely at any level. Each class closes with nourishing stretches and a restful savasana to integrate body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and uplifting environment.
Strength + Mobility
If you’ve ever tried a yoga class and felt it wasn’t for you... maybe the pace was too fast, or the poses felt out of reach - then this class is designed with you in mind.
We’ll blend yoga and mobility work in a progressive, creative way that helps you expand your movement capacity and support your body for the demands of everyday life. Whether that’s picking up heavy toddlers, chasing a marathon PB, or simply moving with more freedom and ease, this class will help you build strength, mobility, and confidence in your body, on and off the mat. Options are given for all levels - everyone is welcome here.

Classes are 60 minutes - please arrive 5 minutes before.
Mats are provided but you can, of course, bring your own.
Freshen up after class - changing room /showers available.
