One Pilates is a luxury Pilates Studio situated in the stunning Powerscourt Estate in Enniskerry. Our experienced instructors teach daily reformer classes, as well as 1:1 / 2:1 Pilates sessions and Clinical Pilates in the most beautiful studio in Ireland.

Class sizes are intentionally small, so you get the very best, individual experience. Everyone is welcome at One - we cater for long-time Pilates devotees and brand-new beginners. We'll help you to build strength, from the inside out, and to find the power (and joy!) in movement.​​

One Reformer Classes

Intro to Reformer (Beginners) is where to start if you're new to Reformer /returning after a break.

Level 1 when you are comfortable on the reformer and are ready to push harder (Foundations).

Level 2 a challenging, moderately paced class. Get ready for planking and balance work! (Intermediate)

Level 3 is an advanced class, for experienced reformer devotees. Not suitable if you have injuries / restrictions.

Prenatal is pregnancy-safe Pilates for expectant mums who have former Reformer experience.

Physio-led Reformer Classes

Strength + Conditioning with bands, hand weights and ++ reps! Unsuitable for beginners.

Pilates for Runners is a specialized class for all runners of all levels. Unsuitable for beginners.

Athletic Reformer for active individuals looking to improve their functional strength, mobility and core!

Privates | Clinical Pilates

We offer 1:1 and 2:1 sessions if you prefer to move on your own or with a friend, at a time that suits your schedule.

 

If you have an injury, we offer Clinical Pilates sessions with a Physiotherapist trained in Pilates to get you moving better than before - pain and injury-free!  If you don't see a suitable time on the online booking, please get in touch.​

Our studio is fully equipped with Balanced Body equipment - the gold-standard in Pilates for quality, comfort and safety.
